All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Asia.
We work with trusted international logistics partners to deliver orders worldwide.

Orders & Changes
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Lost / Delayed Packages
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors.
If the issue persists, contact our support team and we will assist in investigating.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, a replacement or refund may be offered.

We use natural materials, including crystals and gemstones.
As with all natural materials, variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur.
No. Natural variations are part of the material’s character and make each piece subtly unique.
Gold–plated jewelry may naturally show signs of wear over time, depending on usage and care.
This is a normal characteristic of plated finishes and does not indicate a defect.
To maintain the finish, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, chemicals, or perfumes.
When not worn, store your jewelry in a dry, soft-lined space.
