Order Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, provided all items are in stock. In rare cases where an item requires additional preparation, processing may take up to 5 business days.
During peak periods, such as new product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be provided, and the shipment will be outside of our direct control.
Shipping Origin & Delivery Time
All Kismerene orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Mainland China.
Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days, depending on your destination, customs processing, and local carrier operations. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or local courier operations are beyond our control and do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.
International Shipping
Kismerene ships to most countries worldwide. However, certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations.
We recommend ensuring that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may incur additional shipping costs and are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country or region.
Most Kismerene orders are shipped using duty-paid (DDP) services.
This means that in most cases, no additional customs fees are required upon delivery, and your package will arrive without extra payment or action needed from you.
However, please note that:

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked as shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. We will assist with inquiries where possible; however, refunds or replacements are subject to carrier confirmation and are not guaranteed.
