Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • With all original tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that return requests are subject to review and approval.


Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Kismerene ships internationally, and delivery times are estimated.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping delays caused by customs clearance, local carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.

If tracking information shows an order as delivered but the package is missing, we will assist with investigation; however, refunds or replacements are subject to confirmation by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@kismerene.com, including photos and order details, so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Natural Materials Disclaimer

Kismerene jewelry is crafted using natural crystals, gemstones, and precious metals.

Variations in color, texture, pattern, or internal structure are natural characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.

Similarly, natural wear of gold-plated finishes over time is expected and does not qualify as a manufacturing fault.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted on the basis of natural material variation or normal wear.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a return request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above (unworn, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
